Electro-Pneumatic High Pressure Test Unit
The unit is designed and manufactured according to the following standard: Q/DSSY 1-2022. Working pressure: 21/105MPa (3000/15000PSI)
The unit consists of a high-pressure part, a low pressure-part and a water reservoir. The high-pressure and low-pressure parts share the water reservoir, which will be operated separately, including pressure raising, pressure releasing, recording, etc., without interfering with each other. All the components are mounted on a steel structure skid, with a protective frame.
(1) One (1) effective volume 120L water reservoir, complete with 4” cleaning port, air filter, water releasing port and sight glass gauge.
(2) Low Pressure Part:
a. One(1) triplex pump, WP 3000psi, with 15kW/380V/50Hz explosion-proof Motor, flowrate 19L/min (C/w low pressure isolation valve and filter). This pump is used for low pressure testing as well as rapid flushing to a certain pressure before high pressure testing.
b. One(1) explosion-proof magnetic starter is used to control the start and stop of the electric pump, c/w 20m power cable and electric pressure controller (Automatic stop @3000psi, the set valve can be reset by customer) and relief valve (set @ 3350psi).
c. The suction port will be connected to the water reservoir, with a stop valve and T-joint. Port A connects a 1” 6m water hose with and check valve (inward flow direction), and the end of the hose c/w a hammer union. Port B connects to the triplex pump’s suction port.
d. Two (2) NPT 1/2” high pressure stop valves, working pressure 70MPa, one is used to release the system pressure and the other to retain pressure. Output port is NPT 1/2”.
e. One (1) OD100 pressure gauge with range of 0~40MPa (0~5800PSI). Pressure gauge accuracy is 1.6 .
f. One(1) sensor with range of 0~105MPa (0~15000PSI) for chart recorder.
g. One(1) three-way diverter-p.html target='_blank'>ball valve will be connected to the high pressure stop valve(release valve) and the port of return water reservoir.
(3) High Pressure Part:
a. One (1) liquid/air 60:1 pneumatic pump, 1” inlet and 1/2” outlet, maximum output pressure 48MPa, pump’s flow rate 90mL/stoke. (C/w low pressure isolation valve and filter)
b. One (1) liquid/air 200:1 pneumatic pump, which is connected in series with the 60:1 pump to pressurize.
c. Two (2) M20×1.5 ultra high pressure stop valves, working pressure 140MPa, one is used to release the system pressure and the other to retain pressure. Output port is NPT 1/2”.
h. One(1) three-way ball valve will be connected to the ultra high pressure stop valve(release valve) and the port of return water reservoir.
d. One (1) OD150 pressure gauge with range of 0~200MPa (0~29000PSI). Pressure gauge accuracy is 1.6 .
e. One(1) sensor with range of 0~105MPa (0~15000PSI) for chart recorder.
f. One (1) 1/2” air source manifold, c/w stop valve, regulator, air filter and atomizer and two (2) OD60 pressure gauges to display:
① Air source pressure with range of 0~1.6MPa (0~232PSI).
② Air pressure for the pump group with range of 0~1.6MPa (0~232PSI).
g. One (1) protecting burst disc, and the bursting pressure is 168MPa.
(4) Chart Recorder
Two (2) electric chart recorders with range of 0~105MPa(0~15000psi), use an aviation plug to connect the sensor. The technical parameters are as follows:
① Working Voltage: AC220V±10%, 50Hz
② Input signal: 4~20m;
③ Record Cycle: 2 hours
④ Recorder Paper: 200pcs
⑤ Spare Pen: 20pcs
h. All other necessary, check valves, bleed valves, fittings and connections for the proper operation of the unit.
i. One (1) ø13×15m air source hose.
j. Two (2) ø10×15m/ 180MPa high pressure testing hose(M27×2) with two(2) check valves(200Mpa).(Please also provide the connection type of the testing object).
k. One (1) 1”×15m water suck-in hose.
l. One(1) set FIG 1502 hammer union (15000psi, LP 1”) and adapters.
m. One (1) 50m power supply cable.(For chart recorder)
n. One (1) set spare part, includes:
① Two(2) sets of high pressure stop valves (Niddle valve).
② Two(2) sets of high pressure check valves.
③ One (1) set sealing.
o. One (1) set dedicated tools.
