Technical Agreement

Supplier： Cangzhou Fengliang Petroleum Machinery Co.,Ltd

                 （called buyer for short） and  Cangzhou Fengliang Petroleum Machinery Co.,Ltd （called supplier for short）negotiate about technical requirements, quality control, scope of supply, after sale completely, and then reach an technical agreement as follows: 

1.  Standard and criterion

API Spec 6A             Criterion of wellhead and Christmas tree（No.21Edition）

API Spec 16A            Criterion of drilling through（No. 4 Edition）

NACE MR 0175-2003     Anti- sulfurated stress crack metal of oil fields

2.  Technical requirements

2.1. Metal parts’ temperature grade of BOP is：T20（-29℃～121℃），rubber parts’ temperature grade of BOP is BAB（-18℃～+66℃~+93℃），the materials of the parts or surfaces exposed to well fluid meet the requirements of NACE MR 0175.

2.2. Mechanical characters of Pressure-bearing parts’ meets the requirement of API 75K，hardness ≤HRC22；Chemical composition meets the requirements of API Spec 16A.

2.3. 3)Mechanical properties of pressure parts materials：R m≥655MPa；Rp0.2≥517MPa；A≥18%；Z≥35%；

2.4. Material hardness range of Contact with well fluid ：197～234HBW。

2.5. NDE meets the requirements of API Spec 16A.

2.6. Body head and piston of the Annular BOP is casting, body and door of the Ram Bop is casting.

2.7. Ram BOP’s locking system is manual lock;

2.8. Packing of products is able to ocean shipping for long distance

2.9. Name-plate’s language is in English, API monogram will marked on products according to API Spec 16A;

4. Requirements of quality control

All products’ quality is controlled according to ISO9001, and API Spec 16A. All quality documents could be retraced.
