Description
The F series Mud Pump is a horizontal three-cylinder single-acting piston pump, suitable for drilling, grouting, and workover operations in petroleum, water wells, geothermal, coalbed gas, shale gas, coalfield exploration, frozen wells, and other mining enterprises. It is used to transport mediums such as mud, clay slurry, cement slurry, and coal gangue slurry. This pump adopts internationally advanced technology, featuring a reasonable structure, advanced technology, reliable use, good suction performance, long service life of wear parts, good interchangeability, and ease of maintenance.

★ The oversized crankcase design uses the same model of large mud pump bearings, ensuring the durability of the equipment under long-term high-pressure operation.
★ Adopts API standards, with a welded frame structure, lightweight and high strength.
★ L-shaped integral forged pump head retains the advantage of easy replacement of wear parts, improves the pressure safety of the pump head, eliminates casting air holes and sand holes, and prevents water leakage and cylinder piercing.
★ Minimizes the openings in the pump head high-pressure chamber, with no cylinder sleeve pressure cap, eliminating sealing concerns.
★ Rear cylinder sleeve structure (bimetal cylinder sleeve), with different outer diameters in two sections, and a tapered inner diameter of the cylinder sleeve seat, making disassembly and assembly very convenient; the cylinder sleeve can be removed or installed with just a 30 mm movement.
★ The tie rod connection uses advanced foreign technology, making piston replacement very convenient; just remove the clamp bolt to take out the piston, and after assembling the piston assembly, it can be installed as a whole. This reduces auxiliary time by 70% compared to ordinary mud pumps.
