Choke manifold and kill line
Gate valve is a kind of full-bore valve with single valve plate that can be used in double flanged or threaded connection, or used together with the actuator produced by the company.
Structural Characters:
· Selected materials and specially treated parts, making valves show reliable bearing capacity and H2S corrosion resistance;
· Bi-directional sealing structure, making valves serve longer;
· Non-metal packing and seat seal with advanced sealing structure, making performance more reliable and service life longer;
· Reversed sealing and grease filling check valve design, making replacement of parts above bonnet under pressure more convenient;
· Forged body and bonnet with high Bearing capacity;
· Parts contacting with fluid are all sealed with materials other than rubbers, which makes the sealing performance better and service life longer;
· Small switch working torque makes application convenient;
· Equipped with valve up/down display, which can directly demonstrate the state of non-rising stem valve.

(1) The working pressure of all components on the choke manifold shall be compatible with that of the BOP stack used.
(2) The choke manifold shall be installed at the place where the operator can reach it easily. The pressure test must be performed prior to installation and the seat test pressure shall be equal to the rated working pressure.
(3) The line pipe shall be level and straight as much as it could. In case of the turn of the line pipe, the 120 degree steel bent pipe shall be used. The bore of the line pipe shall be large enough.
(4) The pressure gauge must be installed.
(5) In winter, the choke manifold can work under a low temperature condition.
