Multi parameter Measurement Sub
The downhole while-drilling engineering parameter Measurement system can measure engineering parameters such as drilling pressure, torque, bending moment, impact vibration, temperature, internal and external annulus pressure, rotation speed and stick-slip. It mainly includes two types: storage type and while-drilling type. The while-drilling type adopts MWD, and it can upload data in real time. The system uses mature resistive strain gauge sensors, high-precision pressure sensors and imported chips to complete the measurement function, ensuring the measurement parameters are stable and accurate. The system helps to analyze and deal with complex accidents by transmitting multiple parameters such as the rotation speed and torque of the while-drilling tools to the ground and completing analysis, thus playing a guiding role in optimizing drilling services and improving drilling safety factors. Besides, it can also accelerate the process of block standardization operations, create block operation templates, and provide important references for block operations through multi-parameter collection to form standardized operation templates.
